Part of the saga has been finished at last with music by John Samely, none of the versions of the mix of the same title went with the video.Gala Party Float For August 2012
The Global Musicteam are overjoyed to confirm that we have already hired a truck and have an invitation to the 2012 Gala Illuminations and Street Party. Interest by those who want to ride on board or have their music played promotionally is already gathering. There are one or two dancers interested in showing their moves too.
The Gala is always an excellent oportunity to promote the JJays Global MusicCommunity website and music by unsigned artists.Here is a video of the promotion carried out for the Artist Audio Droid in August 2010.
That year there was no decoration of the truck but this year there will be maximum effort to create an interesting float design.
As this is a musiccommunity everyone’ s ideas in a theme for the float decorations are welcome. If you want be involved, just join the face book group. There has already been suggestions of Zombie Pirates, War of the Worlds, Star Trek, Men In Black and various other science fiction or horror concepts.

New Features
The musicsite has had an image gallery for some time now but new pictures are slowly being added. Additionally now the artist and mix pages all have the facility to include an image with an uploaded mix, so please email Nigel with any artwork you would like to use to promote your streamed music.
Christmas and new year are over but the video project continues
The remix of 'Costa Del Sol' produced by US2K (me) intended to accompany a new video has been finished and will be uploaded Friday of this week (05 January 2011). The production of the video' s visual elements is still in progress but includes 3d graphics rendering with Daz 3D and many frames of precision figure movement work with a package called Poser. This means the animation could take a few months, despite a more powerful computer being purchased to speed up rendering of images. A quick recap on its theme, it is about one of the Spanish animated pedestrian crossings coming to life. I was inspired by the crossings he saw during his Spanish holiday. It is going to be good and the team are making all their efforts for it to become shared so much it goes viral. The rather amateaur video on Youtube at the moment is not the animation it is some footage from the Spanish holiday that the team and I are using as a point of reference. It was nearly lost when the power supply on the blackberry device used to film it became damaged. In order to ensure the film was retained it was uploaded in emergency to YouTube.The Picture Gallery is Live
The event gallery is finished but is yet to have more pictures added, you can see it here. This will include further pictures of performers who have attended Global Music Community related events. I am working with a programmer this very moment, to fix security issues related to mix uploading tools for visitors. When the new upload tool has been released, work to create an event flyer submission tool so you can post your events can begin.
